…So where does the fitness blog come in? Well post-college I started writing articles for a fitness website http://www.gyms.ie to gain some experience, and I thought why not make a space on the interweb for all my stuff……
I am a fad diet fiend and I enjoy trying out different new crazes; so it suits me just fine to spend an evening trawling the web for the latest fitness news to share and give an opinion on!
